East Devon should prepare for yet another week of miserable weather in the wake of Storm Isha.
That is according to the Met Office South West forecast from today (January 22) to Friday (January 26).
A maximum temperature of 10°C is expected today.
The day will be windy with coastal gales at times, accompanied by occasional blustery showers.
In the night, winds will ease but rain will return by morning, with minimum temperatures of 3°C.
Tuesday (January 23) will have grey skies over higher grounds and persistent rain and drizzle.
The days following will continue to be unsettled, with partially brighter and less windy on Wednesday, as well as becoming even windier again with showery rain on Thursday.
But it is not all doom and gloom for locals, as Friday is expected to be dry with sunny spells.
Storm Isha struck East Devon overnight and has caused widespread across the region on Monday morning.
The road at Marine Drive in Exmouth, which leads to the RNLI station, was closed after debris and sand was blown on to it from the beach.
South Western Railway has already cancelled trains between Honiton and Axminster to Exeter St David's and Yeovil Junction due to a signalling failure at Crewkerne.
Local authorities took some necessary measures, such as closing the floodgates at the Mamhead slipway in Exmouth on the afternoon of January 21.
