Sidmouth school parking wrangle

A COMPLAINT from a neighbour of Sidmouth Primary School’s Woolbrook Road site has prompted a parking plea to parents.
Motorist mums and dads have been asked to be “considerate” when stopping to drop-off or pick up children.
They have been reminded it is illegal to park on a single yellow line between 10am and 6pm, and parking is not allowed on a zig-zag yellow line for safety reasons.
A school spokesperson said: “There is a large car park on the Lidl site which is within easy walking distance.”
