A SIDMOUTH family, who resurrected a spectacular Christmas lights display at their home by popular demand, have split £100 in donations it garnered between a pair of causes.

The Bakers, of Fleming Avenue near Sidford, presented £50 to both Sidmouth Rugby Club’s under 16s and the Axe Vale Canoe Club.

Mum Alexa said the family were “delighted” with the generosity of people who stopped off to look at the lights and thanked all those who handed over cash.
