NEW summer bus time guides have been published for the Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary areas.

NEW summer bus time guides have been published for the Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary areas.

The Devon County Council (DCC) guides provides residents and visitors with information of bus services in the areas and a summary of rail and National Express Coach services, maps of bus routes and ticket offers.

The service will offer extra journeys along the Jurassic Coast during the peak summer period. Busses will operate seven days a week.

Councillor Stuart Hughes, DCC cabinet member for highways and transportation, said: "These guides are invaluable for anyone planning to use public transport across the county, either for their commute or a day out in Devon."

Bus time guides are available from a Tourist Information Centres, post offices and libraries.

Publications can also be ordered from DevonBus on (01392) 382800 or by e-mailing www.devon.gov.uk/buses.
