Thousands of festival-goers flocked to Escot over the weekend for an amazing three days of family fun and live music at Beautiful Days festival. The popular sell-out festival gets bigger and better with each year.
Once again Beautiful Days festival pulled out all the stops for three days of family fun, music and entertainment.
Those lucky enough to get a ticket at this weekend’s sold-out festival, at Escot, were treated to an amazing and packed line-up, which included headliners Primal Scream, Ocean Colour Scene and Levellers plus Sinead O’Connor and Arrested Development.
The weather was kind to this year’s festival-goers and the thousands of people, young and old, heading to East Devon to camp out in the countryside while soaking up the atmosphere of one of Britian’s top 50 music festivals.
The festival grows with each year, spreading entertainment and activities wherever you look and encouraging people to explore the entire site, because you never know what you might find next – or miss.
Colourful costumes, whacky, wonderful and silly – where anything goes – brought a smile to the faces of even the most hardened festival-goers. Not least on the final day, when Beautiful Days traditionally has a fancy dress theme. This year scores of people dressed as animals.
A wonderful, wonderful time was had at the 2013 Beautiful Days festival – the countdown to next year’s event starts here!
If you have never been before, make sure you do not miss out.
Keep an eye on the website www.beautifuldays.org and get your tickets before as soon as they go on sale – or face disappointment!
