Knowle plans recommended for approval

CONTROVERSIAL plans to redevelop Knowle have been recommended for approval by East Devon District Council (EDDC) officers.

The fate of blueprints, for 50 dwellings and a care home, will be decided next Tuesday, December 4.

An outline planning application will go before EDDC’s development management committee.
