The sun shone down on a fun-filled day when people from across East Devon enjoyed Sidbury’s annual village fete last Saturday.

More than 500 people attended the event held at Sidbury Primary School which was sponsored by Stags Estate Agents and featured a selection of fun stalls and activities.

A barbecue and ice cream van kept attendees well-fed while a dog show let pets strut their stuff to admiring onlookers.

The final total was more than £4,000, and the money will be split between St Giles Church and Sidbury Primary School.

More pictures from the event can be found in this week’s Herald.
