TWO apple trees have returned to their roots after being planted at St Nicholas Junior School in Woolbrook, Sidmouth.
The Woolbrook Pippin and Woolbrook Russet apple trees, originally bred by Woolbrook nursery Stevens & Sons in 1903, were planted by Year Five pupils in a special ceremony, watched by members of Sidmouth in Bloom committee.
