There were 104 players involved in the Budleigh Salterton Lions Club Charity Golf Day held at the East Devon course.
The event included a target competition on the 10th hole to double your money.
After the golf there was a raffle and sports auction prior to the evening presentations.
In all a magnificent sum of £3,439.48 was raised.
The Lions Club will round the figure up to £3,500 and that will now be going to the North and East Devon Prostate support Association - NEDPSA.
The winning team was the Monkees 1, captained by Simon Griffin.
Golf Day organiser Lion Mark Paver said: “We are so happy with raising over £3,400. As a charity organisation ourselves we understand that our supporters are being asked to contribute so often to so many charities so it is great that we can still attracted over 100 participants for our annual golf day. This was our 11th year of holding the event, thank you to everyone, the participants, the staff at East Devon golf club and all the helpers and sponsors who played big parts in making sure the day was the huge success it was.”
