Sidmouth Cricket Club are always on the look out for new scorers and umpires and the Devon Cricket League (DACO) is setting up stage one and stage two umpiring courses in the spring.

There is a £30 fee for the course which Sidmouth CC will happily reimburse the individual or individuals who attend with a view to becoming umpires for the club.

Completion of stage two allows those who complete the course to be eligible as a Panel Umpire if they wish to do so. It is recommended that where possible that folk do stage one and then stage two, as this combination will be of most benefit. Anyone who wishes to attend is asked to email, as soon as possible, Chris Skelton (DACO), who is arranging the courses. Chris can be contacted by email at christheumpire1@gmail.com or by phone at 01803 400951.
