Sidmouth Chiefs, after two successive Saturday’s of inactivity will be hoping the weather breaks to allow some form of action this coming weekend, writes Terry O’Brien.

The first XV are scheduled to entertain Thornbury and kick-off at Blackmore is 2.30pm.

The Quins take on Okehampton 2nds at Sidford with a 2.30pm kick-off.

The Colts travel to Tiverton for the first round, first leg of the Devon Colts Plate competition.
