Archant

Stuart Coles, more fondly known as ‘Trigger’ was the winner of the latest Sidmouth Jewellers Friday stableford, writes Chris Roberts.

Coles carded a one under par gross 65 that included three birdies and that brought him a massive 41 points to secure first place.

Mark Thomas edged out Neil ‘Fred the Bread’ Faulkner to secure second place after both players finished with 40 points.

Mark’s magic wand must be working well as his round included no fewer the five birdies with two twos and that must be driving the club manager mad!

After the latest action John Jones has extended his lead in the league by 11 points from George Barber.
