Ottery St Mary Parish Church will be hosting a Christmas concert on Saturday, December 8, at 7.30pm.

The main choral work of this year’s Ottery St Mary Choral Society Christmas Concert will be Schubert’s Mass in G.

There will also be new arrangements of some lesser-known carols sung by the choir.

The audience will, of course, be invited to join the choir in a selection of traditional carols as usual.

At the end of the concert visitors will be able to join the society in a festive glass of wine or soft drink, and a Christmas mince pie (all included in the price of the ticket).

Tickets will can be bought from Stagestruck in Ottery St Mary (telephone 01404 811311) or from society members at a cost of £10.50 for aAdults and £4.50 for children.

More information about the society and forthcoming concerts can be found on www.otterystmarychoral.org
