The youth of Ottery St Mary continue to thrive and Exmouth U18s were the latest victims of a very exciting young team.
Luke Paramore opened the scoring with a smart finish on the rebound and the lead was soon doubled. Jake Haggerty, Joel Jackson and Hack Drew-Cull were involved in the move that was finished by the lethal Paramore.
The Exmouth challenge became virtually insurmountable when they were reduced to ten players just before half-time and Ottery were ruthless in taking advantage of the situation, as Haggerty put the game beyond doubt with a long-range stunner.
Drew-Cull then supplied the pass for Paramore to complete his hat-trick but credit to Exmouth, who grabbed a consolation from a free-kick. The Otters still had the last word, Haggerty demonstrating his own free-kick prowess with another lovely strike to leave the Ottery coaching staff very proud of their young charges.
