MADAM - The refusal by the Fort Caf� to loan a frail 93 year old lady a single empty cup is beyond belief. Her physical state is clear from your published photograph.
The caf�'s denial that it fails to operate a non-discriminatory policy is laughable - or would be if it was not so pathetic. Actions speak louder than words.
I dread to think how the old lady felt. This is "Little Britain"; this is the computer says no. There should be a difference. Unlike people, computers have no brain, no heart and no capacity for human feelings.
