SIR - Each time I walk down through the shopping streets of the town I am mystified how the town council can allow the dangerous empty structure of the disused building - next to Potbury’s - to stay in its decaying state, year after year.
Small pieces of timber fall off on windy days but, I suppose, as long as no visitor sues for damage, nothing will be done to tidy up the building!
