On Muttersmoor in the mist this morning I came across some lovely red “fairy toadstools” so took a photo to show the family, then further on a small female adder crossed my path!
I took two photos and filmed it moving into the grass.
It was only when my husband mentioned it later that I thought of the proposal to alter the access, etc, on Muttersmoor, which could damage this fantastic habitat.
