I am not a great fan of seagulls, but what is the matter with the person who regularly, at sunset, thinks it is fair game to laser the gulls on the roofs.
It makes the adults fly around in panic and the, as yet flightless chicks, fall from their perches, causing injury and the inevitable death by starvation in the streets below.
