In the past few years the Sidmouth Herald has published many of my letters in which I have criticised the workings of the Civil Enforcement Officers, especially in Temple Street, Sidmouth, where vehicles have been parked illegally causing an obstruction to the free flow of traffic on an “A” class road.
I now hope that the new enforcers acting under the control of Devon County Council will be able to rectify this situation and keep our roads clear of perpetual parking offenders.
