MADAM - I am writing on the subject of the parking adjacent to the library which is supposed to be for patrons of the library, or the doctors. In the last three weeks I have conducted a surveillance, as it were. After attending the doctors at 8.45am and finding the car park full, imagine my surprise when I entered the doctors and there were only three people there. After this, and for the following three weeks, I counted 94 cars that had been there on a daily basis for over thee hours. Can we do something about this for the sake of common decency?
