I have read with interest the ongoing correspondence regarding this proposed relocation where the ‘preferred’ site is the SkyPark at Exeter.
Has this preferred location got anything to do with a hoped for removal of a level of local government? Am I being cynical in thinking that the new building, when completed, would provide ideal additional accommodation for Devon County Council, at no extra cost?
