Thanks for OAP seat

MADAM - Since I came to live in Newton Poppleford five years ago, I have found the people who live here so friendly and kind.
An example of this kindness has been shown recently by the wonderful people who live right beside the bus stop opposite the Memorial on the Exeter to Sidmouth route.
They have placed a chair in their gateway on which is painted - "OAPs - Please take a seat".
As an over-80-year-old, who uses this bus quite frequently, I have been very grateful to take advantage of this facility, as I find standing waiting for the bus quite tiring, particularly if it is running late.
In this day and age, when some people can only think of themselves, I do think this is a very kind and thoughtful gesture from this wonderful couple.
