SIR - I was delighted to learn that more than 4,000 people joined the protest march through Sidmouth in support of the SOS campaign.
I can’t help thinking that many more people were with them in spirit. I live in Northampton, rather a long way from Sidmouth, but I passionately support the SOS campaigners.
If everyone who supports SOS, but does not live in the Sidmouth area, could have been on the march, I’m sure the number of protestors would have been considerably more.
