SIR - Re: Sidmouth Herald October 29, 2010. Head lines: Parking pay plan.
The day parking meters are installed in Sidmouth streets, I want to see, on the same day, pay meters standing upright in the council car park at the Knowle, Sidmouth.
If not, can some person in authority explain, via the Herald, why?
