I was surprised by Pamela Howard’s righteous criticisms of well-respected councillor Roger Giles in last week’s edition (“Work as a team”, Opinion, January 10).
Is this part of a campaign against Cllr Giles and other excellent Independent EDDC councillors, which was launched in your paper a few weeks ago by Cllr Phil Twiss, the EDDC Conservative whip?
