Emergency crews were called to Beer after reports of a serious collision involving a campervan and four pedestrians this morning.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the scene, near the Anchor Inn in Fore Street, at 11.10am.
It is believed that one person was in the vehicle but not physically trapped.
Fire crews used small tools and cutting equipment to make the vehicle safe.
The injuries are not thought to be life threatening and the casualties have been transferred to hospital.
