BUDDING chefs made delicious mince pies at their last Sidmouth cookery class of 2011.
Students made their own mincemeat and either all butter puff pastry or sweet short pastry.
Course organiser Lois Kelly said there is space for new additions to the class.
Classes start again on Monday from 6pm at Sidmouth College. Contact Lois on (01395) 577038 for more information.
