Police appeal for witnesses to cycle accident on A3052 at Bowd, Sidmouth
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision near Sidmouth involving a cyclist.
The accident took place at around 1.30pm on Thursday, March 17, when a man was cycling along the A3052 near the Bowd Inn junction.
The cyclist was in collision with a vehicle and as a result was thrown across the bonnet of the vehicle, which failed to stop. He was taken to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) for treatment but was not seriously injured.
