WEST Hill Primary school kids got a baking master-class from a master-chef last week.
Matthew Mason, head chef of The Jack in The Green, visited the school and gave 30 youngsters a hands-on lesson in bread-making, followed by a spot of soup tasting.
Children helped mix the flour, knead the dough and roll it out into different shapes.
