THE new toilet being created by Sidmouth Town Council at the Esplanade Shelters will be dedicated to the late Cyril Albert Harold Woolley by way of a plaque as most of the funding has come from the Woolley bequest to the council.

William Dunbar had asked the council to consider dedicating the toilet to the late Leslie Bird, who had lobbied hard for such a seafront facility.
