OTTERTON residents are being invited to an open afternoon to help their neighbours, Clinton Devon Estates, celebrate the official opening of their award winning Rolle Estates Office at Bicton Arena.
The invitation-only event on Tuesday, April 7, from 4pm to 7pm, will be open to people from Otterton, East Budleigh and Colaton Raleigh.
They will have an exclusive opportunity to look around the Estates' new headquarters which has received numerous awards for its design, construction and energy-saving features.
Visitors will also have a chance to find out more about the 20-year restoration programme for the historic Grade One listed parkland, home to the Rolle Estates Office, and can learn more about Clinton Devon Estates' future plans locally.
Clinton Devon Estates manages 25,000 acres of land across East and North Devon, including, farmland, woodland, the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths and both residential and commercial properties.
Estates Director John Varley said: "The development of our new headquarters at Bicton Arena has been a catalyst for the restoration of this beautiful and historic Grade One parkland.
"It was previously in a fragile state and although we are still in the initial stages of the 20 year programme we are very keen to share with our neighbours the progress we have made so far."
