AN OTTERY burglary has led to calls for more victims of crime to come forward.
Ottery's neighbourhood policing team has made the plea following an overnight break-in at a Claremont Field property between Saturday, January 24 and Sunday January 25.
Police later discovered a vehicle in the area had been broken into at around the same time, but had not been reported to them.
PC Phil Thomas has urged anyone who may have information about the burglary, in which a laptop and video camera were taken, to come forward.
He said: "It's important anyone who has suffered crime- no matter how small- comes forward so we can piece together the information and progress our investigations."
Contact Ottery Police on 08452 777444 or e-mail Philip.THOMAS@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk with information. Crime reference: KO/08/39.
