There have been a series of Craft Fairs at Kennaway House, Sidmouth throughout 2023 and on Saturday, October 21 shoppers and stallholders enjoyed another successful day.

There were more than 20 stalls, selling items ranging from pottery, gloves and hats, wooden crafts, toys, hot water bottles, home decorations and cards. Tea, coffee and cake were also available.

Alison Young, joint events organiser said: “We have a wide variety of locally made crafts offered by a range of regular and new stallholders. It's lovely to see everyone enjoying the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.”

Helena Belcher of Helena B Creative was there selling her coastal art and jewellery. “I source items such as shells and sea glass from local beaches,” explained Helena. “Kennaway House is such a beautiful venue and I really enjoy meeting both locals and visitors to Sidmouth. It's also great to connect with other crafters, and we are all very supportive of each other.”

The next Craft Fair at Kennaway House is from 10am until  4pm on Saturday, November 18. The Christmas Fair will be held over two days: Friday, December 1, from 4pm until 8pm and Saturday, December 2 from 10am until 4pm. For more details, visit Kennaway House's website.
