Residential property specialists Susie Jenkin and Gemma Gilbert are the new faces at Michelmores' Sidmouth branch.
This change follows Pam Gardner's retirement, a long-serving associate at the firm.
Ms Jenkin is a senior conveyancing assistant with over 20 years’ experience from Exeter and East Devon firms.
Ms Gilbert advises on every aspect of residential conveyancing, having qualified as a solicitor in October 2020 working on a range of conveyancing matters, from leasehold flat sales to commercial purchases.
Louise Peters, a Partner in Michelmores’ Residential Property team, welcomed the pair: "Our conveyancing department is renowned for its diligence, expertise, and success.
"With Susie and Gemma on board, we believe that we can increase volume while maintaining the high standard of service."
Both Ms Jenkin and Ms Gilbert will be frequently based in Sidmouth and at least one will be available daily.
