SIDMOUTH Town Council welcomed a new Dawn on Monday.
Dawn Manley, 41, is now a North Ward representative on the council.
“I’m really excited about it,” she told the Herald.
“I’ve always been interested in local politics. I deeply love Sidmouth and feel I have something to give.”
