The Sid Valley’s Admiral Nurse Campaign has added another £2,500 to the kitty, following a donation from the Rotary Club of Sidmouth.

The appeal was one of three causes selected to benefit from Rotary’s annual Swimathon, which raised £7,500.

Heidi Crook, who started as Devon’s first Admiral Nurse last month, said she was ‘delighted’ to accept the cheque from Rotary president Keith Walton. The club presented a final donation of £2,500 to Sidmouth Hospiscare at the Victoria Hotel on Wednesday.
