AN ALFINGTON resident has been told he needs planning permission to put up a six by four foot garden shed.
The owner of number seven, Anthony Cottages in the village has been told by East Devon District Council (EDDC) he needs permission to erect the wood and glass shed, but won't have to pay a standard fee for it to go through the planning process.
