BEER Parish Council planning committee, at a meeting on Wednesday, July 29, showed their support for the following planning applications: The change of use of a dwelling to three letting rooms at 3 Sunnynook, Fore Street and internal alterations at the same address. The applications will now go to East Devon District Council for a decision to be made.
