The children of Beer showed they have got the ‘X Factor’ with a talent contest to raise money for charity.
Pupils from Beer Primary School performed songs in the Mariners Hall last Friday in front of a host of parents.
The showcase was organised by the school council and was the follow up to last year’s compete ion, ‘Beer’s Got Talent’.
The event was to raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance, a charity close to Beer Primary School as the service which has landed several times on its playing field.
In total 10 acts took part in the competition, and the group section was won by ‘Let’s Go’, with the solo category won by Annabelle Knivett.
