BICTON College students are set to em-bark on a fundraising quest for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust on Friday- by spending 24 hours up a tree.
Four National Certificate in Forestry and Arboriculture students will scale an 80ft oak tree in the college grounds. The group hope to stay up the tree until Saturday.
Fundraiser Kieran Johnstone, 19, said: "We are planning to take up hammocks, lanterns and banners up there- it should be quite interesting although it will involve a lot of sitting around.
"The Devon Air Ambulance is really relevant to our industry but also helps people from all walks of life.
