TWO people were treated for smoke inhalation following a blaze in Sidmouth in the early hours of the morning this week.

Firefighters were called to Sedemuda Close in the town on Wednesday at about 3.15am following reports of a kitchen fire.

The two crews from Sidmouth found the fire was already out on arrival.

They inspected the house to make sure it was safe before leaving.
