Police are appealing for witnesses after a window was smashed in Newton Poppleford on Boxing Day.

A stone was thrown through the front ground floor window of a house in School Lane between 8.45pm and 9pm on Friday, December 26.

A police spokesperson said: "We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward."
