BRANSCOMBE'S annual fun-packed Summer Fete will be held this weekend.

And for all those budding Ronaldinhos the football tournament will be held on the same day.

The joint event will be held at Branscombe village hall and field between 12noon and 6pm, and offers a range of activities:

* Children's races and games will be held between 1pm and 2pm-all children are welcome. The football shootout with FA coach Andy Widger will also be held.

* The football tournament is from 2pm-4pm. Six teams including The Fountain Head, The Mason's Arms, Branscombe Primary, The Sea Shanty, the Police and the Post Office, will take part to win the BMW trophy.

* The final games of football will be held between 4 and 5pm.

Other activities include a bouncy castle, tug of war, visit the donkeys and there will be plenty of stalls and refreshments.
