Break-in prompts police helicopter manhunt in Ottery

POLICE are hunting for suspects following an attempted break-in in Ottery this afternoon.

POLICE are hunting for suspects following an attempted break-in in Ottery this afternoon.

The force helicopter was scrambled after a member of the public alerted officers at around 2.10pm.

A police spokesperson told the Herald it was suspected someone had forced entry into a premises and was initially believed to still be on-site.

Officers continue to hunt for suspects.
