BREAKING: Dog rescued from Sidmouth cliffs

Fire crews were called to a Sidmouth beach after a dog fell halfway down a 160m cliff.

A team from the town were accompanied at Weston Mouth by a specialist rescue team to recover the golden retriever.

The eight-year-old dog was rescued using specialist line equipment and united uninjured with its owner just before 3pm.
