A man has been taken to hospital this afternoon after a chemical leak at a Sidmouth dry cleaners.
Multiple fire crews have been at the scene for several hours trying to contain the spillage of fluid at Regency off Fore Street.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said the man was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital by ambulance as a precaution after complaining of a headache.
He said the spillage has been contained and officers are now dealing with the clean-up of the fluid at the premises in Cross Lane.
