Two incidents occurred on the Honiton by-pass and at least another two accidents between Iron Bridge and Daisymount.
Arrogant commuters are flagrantly flouting speed restrictions, in spite of icy and wet road conditions - and despite witnessing the aftermath of the collisions.
A lone police officer was warning motorists to slow down on Honiton by-pass 20 minutes ago.
