Ottery St Mary Rural; Independent hold, Roger Giles, majority 1,801.
Sidmouth Sidford: Conservative hold, Stuart Hughes, majority 2,428.
Axminster: Conservative gain Andrew Moulding has ousted Lib Dem Councillor Douglas Hull with a majority of 350.
Seaton Coastal: Conservative gain, Jim Knight, taken Margaret Roger's seat with a majority of 135,
Broadclyst and Whimple: Conservative gain, Peter Bowden wins, ousting Derek Button with a majority of 166.
Budleigh: Conservative hold, Christine Channon retains with a majority of 1,608.
Exmouth Brixington and Withycombe: Lib Dem hold, Brenda Taylor retains with majority of 355,
Exmouth Halsdon and Woodbury: Conservative hold, Bernard Hughes retains with majority of 482.
Exmouth Littleham and Town: Lib Dem hold, Eileen Wragg, majority 10.
