Riding therapy charity supporters organise car boot sale to raise funds
VOLUNTEER fundraisers of a Sidmouth charity that provides donkey riding therapy, will hold a car boot sale tomorrow (Saturday, July 16) from 9am to 12 noon at Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary.
The Parents and Friends Association of The Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys (EST) have organised the event to raise much-needed funds for the centre, which is visited by some 180 local children with special needs and disabilities for therapeutic riding sessions.
To book a pitch call (01395) 573009. Sellers will be charged �5 per car and vans or cars with trailers will be charged �7. Parking is free for buyers.
EST has provided donkey riding therapy sessions since 1978 and also undertakes visits to residents of nursing homes, hospices and care homes.
