A DRIVER escaped serious injury when her car flipped after she lost control of it on a stretch of road near Sidmouth last week.

The incident, involving a Vauxhall Corsa, happened at around 11.20pm on the A3052 between The Donkey Sanctuary and Seaton on Saturday.

Police, fire and ambulance all attended but the woman received only minor injuries and it is believed she was treated by paramedics at the scene.
